As winter is my 'off season' for going to the Track with my car, and also a break from events (aside from the Autosalon), I have been taking the opportunity to get some things done to my car in preparation for the warmer weather, and return to the Track.
First thing on the list was relocating the Battery to the boot.
I was lucky to pick up already made up cabling from an Evo V via Yahoo Auctions, so the remaining work was to run the cables and mount the battery.

| I decided to use the originally fitted Ralliart battery tray and simply bolted it to the boot floor. 純正RALLIARTのバッテリートレイをそのまま使いました. |

| Fitted a temporary earth cable to the body, and done. |

| I spent a lot of time tidying up the wiring and area where the Battery was originally. |

| And I now have a bit more room in the engine bay, and around 10 kg moved to the back of the car. |
Next was what to do about my front tyres, which were destroyed at Tsukuba 1000 last time...
I was about to buy a pair of new from ADVANs when I thought I would check to see if i could find some good used ones. Fortunately I could find some with most of the tread still there for less than the price of one new one. Win!

Next was somewhere to mount a Battery kill switch, and also my HKS Circuit attack counter...

| I also removed the Battery earth strap in the boot, as it is now earthed behind the dashboard via the kill switch. Very happy with how it all turned out :-) |
But what to do about the Airconditioning? I can't live without that in a Road car....
